Pryce Tea PINK Minty Night Mojito

I tried the PINK Minty Night Mojito at the Le Jardin by Lim Lam Thye Tea Cafe, Food & Hotel Asia 2018 and I felt this can still be a good Tea to have before you sleep, just that the Tea Mocktail I had there had too many cucumbers that was overpowering to the original PINK Minty Night blend: Minty freshness of Japanese Shiso, paired with decaffeinated Oolong tea and graced with Rosemary.

Singapore Collection
Pryce Tea Singapore Collection

Fused since Singapore’s 50th Jubilee Celebration in 2015, the Singapore Collection illustrates icons emblematic of the nation’s success. This range of memorabilia Teas curates the amazing Singapore experience from the world-renowned cocktail, Singapore Sling, to the symbol of our Garden City, the Vanda Miss Joaquim.

Each year following Singapore’s 50th year of independence, Pryce Tea will craft a new blend to celebrate fresh icons best representative of the nation’s progressive growth. Each blend flavour comes in 15 silken pyramids and retails at $25.

Pryce Tea Singapore Collection Ginger Garden

Tried the Singapore Collection Ginger Garden at the Le Jardin by Lim Lam Thye Tea Cafe, Food & Hotel Asia 2018, a nice Hot Tea to have when you’re outdoors in the garden with Oolong Tea, Ginger Flower and Rosemary in its blend.

Pryce Tea Heritage Cookies

Also housed under the Singapore Collection, try the impeccable pairing of the Heritage Teas and their latest conceptualization, the Heritage Cookies. Each box of Heritage Cookies is 200g and retails at $25.

Heritage Cookies:
Katong Laksa best paired with Collyer Quay Tea.
Golden Cereal Prawn best paired with Ginger Garden Tea.

The Katong Laksa Heritage Cookies have a spicy aftertaste and the Golden Cereal Prawn Heritage Cookies really have the taste of dried shrimp and salted egg yolk. They are both flavourful and you would be able to guess its flavour even when eating it blindfolded but I feel these Heritage Cookies are not meant to be eaten alone and many at one go but one or two pieces paired with the right Heritage Tea.

Each Tea is expertly selected and artfully composed to offer a taste that is exceptional. There are 5 different blends to choose from to suit your every need. Pryce Tea Shanghai Tisanes Lychee Osmanthus Martini

The Shanghai Tisanes Lychee Osmanthus Martini was my favourite among all the Tea Mocktails I’ve tried at the Le Jardin by Lim Lam Thye Tea Cafe, Food & Hotel Asia 2018. The sweet note of Osmanthus Tea is given an extra boost of therapeutic goodness with the fragrance of Lychee. I can’t wait to make more of this at home.
