It’s summer! Well, doesn’t really matter if you’re living in Singapore, it’s summer all year round over here. It’s really important to make the effort to protect your skin in this hot weather. Before I share with you my summer essential picks from the DrGL Summer Bucket List to keep your skin light and bright this season, here’s a short intro on the local beauty brand.

I like that the DrGL Sun Protection Mist is very lightweight and doesn’t contain wax which can clog pores. It is colourless with a refreshing scent and texture, ideal for oily skin, humid weather as well as sports.
It can also help to set makeup, brighten your skin and give that amazing instant glow while offering protection. Even with makeup on, you can apply it over your makeup for on the go touch-ups. And it washes off easily with a cleanser without the need for a makeup remover.
I will apply the DrGL Sun Protection Mist generously 30cm away from where I need it at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. When using it on the face, make sure you close your eyes and avoid inhalation while applying. Reapply it as needed throughout the day, particularly after excessive perspiration, swimming and towel drying.
DrGL Skin Repair
The DrGL Skin Repair is a serum that penetrates deep within the skin to deliver intensive age-defying and revitalising benefits. Skin will regain an incredible glow, looks remarkably younger and feels irresistibly smooth & supple. For those with very sensitive skin like me, this can be used in place of moisturiser to help speed up healing.

I like to use the DrGL Skin Repair to soothe and calm my skin after my facial sessions that causes redness after the cleaning and extraction. It can be used twice daily but I prefer to only use it at night. Don’t underestimate the effectiveness of the DrGL Skin Repair in a small bottle, it really works, I love it and highly recommend it!
DrGL Restore Gel Mask
