Food & Hotel Asia 2018, the leading international food and hospitality trade show in Asia ran from 24 to 27 April 2018. The whole exhibition was so big that it was held at Singapore EXPO and extended to Suntec Singapore this year. I only managed to check out Singapore EXPO that took up Halls 1 to 10. There were so many things to see and a lot of food to sample but I was mainly there to check out the Le Jardin by Lim Lam Thye Tea Cafe at Food & Hotel Asia 2018.
During Food & Hotel Asia 2018, the garden-themed, botanical concept Le Jardin by Lim Lam Thye Tea Cafe had a menu serving up drinks, desserts and snacks, all from or made from Tea products from Gryphon Tea Company, ROJI or Pryce one way or another.
