Content Marketing Mark & Spencer

Content Marketing:
Marks & Spencer

I have always been interested in Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing is part of it. I thought it will be good to showcase here the work I have done while I was with AM Collective.

I’ll show you some Content Marketing I did for Marks & Spencer, one of the clients managed under me. These content are created with existing assets and published on both Facebook & Instagram, some just on Facebook.

M&S Sale

Marks & Spencer often had these seasonal M&S Sale promotions, the challenge was to create content that is always fresh and differs from the previous promotion.

Fashion

Facebook

Back then, Marks & Spencer didn’t have a website to showcase their products so I created an Album on Facebook to store the product images. This one is for the M&S Autumn/Winter 2017, it serves well as a Fashion catalogue so people would know the products offered for the season.

Mark & Spencer also did a collaboration with Her World Singapore magazine and we created a set of content for the Lingerie campaign.

M&S Food

The following are my personal favourites of simple GIFs or animations I did for M&S Food to make the content more interesting. Some of them look really cute.

Curiosity draws Clicks. This type of short GIFs or animations content that last only a few seconds tend to encourage more engagement as people who are curious will click on them to find out what exactly is it.

Collages

Understanding of how Facebook displays content, I also came up with some content made up of Collages of separate individual images that make up a whole image.

There’s also an Instagram version of this which is slightly different.

Collages can also be done on Instagram, here we did a 3×3, a total of 9 individual images that make up a bigger whole image for the M&S Food – Spirit of Summer range. This flatlay needed a relatively big amount of space and it took us some time and effort to do but the result at the end was worth it.
